Student-Athletes
Helping athletes understand that identity is bigger than performance, position, statistics, or sport.
IDENTITY TRANSFORMATION SPEAKER
Jorden Paige helps students, athletes, teams, and emerging leaders break free from limiting identities and become the person capable of creating the future they desire.
THE MESSAGE
You create it by becoming someone different.
Before the achievement comes the identity.
Before the confidence comes the belief.
Before the results change, you have to change.
FROM ADVERSITY TO IDENTITY
After experiencing devastating loss, struggling academically, failing sixth grade, and eventually being cut from his college football team, Jorden had plenty of reasons to let his circumstances determine his identity.
Instead, he began creating a different one.
The athlete who was once cut continued his college career as a defensive end at Central State University and Clark Atlanta University, earning All-Conference honors in 2013 and 2014. The young man who experienced loss learned how to turn pain into purpose. Jorden later entered the world of NASCAR pit crews and became part of a historic Cup Series victory.
“Your past may explain who you are today. It doesn't have to decide who you become tomorrow.”
SIGNATURE KEYNOTE

Most people focus on changing their results. Jorden challenges audiences to go deeper:
